Chicken and Mushroom Kebabs
|Lime juice/Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Pinch|
|Chicken breast fillet||1 , skin removed, cut into 10 cubes|
|Button mushrooms||5 , halved|
1. Place lime or lemon juice, oil and chilli powder in a bowl and mix to combine. Add chicken and mushroom halves and toss to combine. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat barbecue to a high heat. Drain chicken and mushrooms, reserving marinade. Thread a chicken cube and a mushroom half onto each bamboo skewer. Brush with reserved marinade and cook on lightly oiled barbecue, turning several times, for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
