Gaklic Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients
  Boneless lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Salad dressing mix/1 envelope dry garlic salad dressing mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 Medium
  Canned small onions 16 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Place meat in shallow dish.
Pour dressing over meat.
Let stand 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Drain meat, reserving liquid.
Thread meat and vegetables on skewers in the following order: lamb, green pepper, lamb, onion.
Broil 4 inches from heat about 15 minutes, turning once.
Baste meat and vegetables occasionally with dressing.
