Oriental Turkey And Vegetables
|Frozen oriental-style vegetables||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sliced cooked turkey/Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped gingerroot/1 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Condensed chicken broth||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chow mein noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Place frozen vegetables in 3-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on package until crisp-tender. Stir in turkey, gingerroot and broth.
2. Mix cornstarch and cold water; stir into turkey mixture. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 minutes; stir. Cover tightly and microwave 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture thickens and boils. Serve over chow mein noodles.
