Oriental Fish And Green Beans

Ingredients
  Frozen haddock fillets/Other fish fillets 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen french-style green beans 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , sliced
Directions

Thaw fish and green beans; cut fish into 1-inch cubes.
Stir soy sauce into cornstarch; stir in broth, sugar, vinegar, and ginger.
Set aside.
Heat wok over high heat; add 2 tablespoons of the oil.
Stir-fry beans and onions 3 minutes; remove from wok.
Add the remaining oil to wok.
Add fish; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Stir soy mixture; stir into fish.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
Stir in beans and onions.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
