Oriental Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Score fat edges of chops; place in shallow baking dish.
Combine all remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup water; pour over chops.
Refrigerate overnight.
Arrange marinated chops on broiler pan rack.
Broil 3 inches from source of heat for 10 minutes on each side.
