Oriental Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Light sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm), halved
  Boneless pork roast/Loin / butt 1 Pound, sliced into thin strips
  Scallions 6 , chopped (White And Tender Greens)
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat wok or skillet on high and add oil.
Saute garlic about 30 seconds; add pork.
Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry for another minute.
Serve over white rice.
