Ingredients
  Beef burgers 8 , thawed
  Oil 15 Milliliter
  Canned vindaloo classic curry sauce 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can / 383 Gram, Homepride)
  Vindaloo classic curry sauce 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can / 383 Gram, Homepride)
  Eating apple 1 Large
  Natural yoghurt 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Shredded sweet coconut 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon, For Garnish)
Directions

Roll each beefburger into a ball.
Heat the oil in a shallow pan and fry the meat balls, turning until lightly browned on all sides.
Drain off the fat.
Stir in the Vindaloo Classic Curry Sauce and bring to the boil.
Cover the pan and simmer gently for 25 to 30 minutes until the meat balls are cooked.
Peel, core and slice the apple.
Remove the lid from the pan and stir in the apple slices.
Swirl the yoghurt through the sauce and serve with coconut sprinkled on top.
