Oriental Dipping Sauce
|V8 vegetable juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Packed light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rice wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated fresh ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on high 3 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking.
2. Serve warm with chicken, fish or vegetables for dipping.
