Kofta Meat Balls
|Minced lamb||1 Pound, or ground (2 Cups / 450 Gram)|
|Garam masala||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed / minced|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Mix together all the ingredients except the oil and roll into small balls.
Meanwhile, preheat a browning dish to maximum as recommended by the manufacturer. Add the oil 30 seconds before the end of this time.
Quickly add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes, turning once during the cooking time.
