Thread meat on 6 to 8 skewers.
For sauce, in saucepan combine peanut butter, lime juice, molasses, and pepper sauce.
Stir in water and soy.
Bring just to boiling, stirring constantly.
Baste meat with sauce.
Grill over hot coals 10 to 15 minutes, turning once; baste often with sauce.
Thread banana slices on skewers; add to grill 3 minutes before end of cooking time.
