Ingredients
  Peaches 4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped (candied)
  Candied ginger 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients; blend gently.
Cover; chill well.
Spoon into chilled sherbet dishes.
