Asian Beef Salad

  Beef sirloin 1 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Asian sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Hot chili sauce 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon, squeezed
  Cilantro 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Minced gingerroot 1 Teaspoon
  Orange zest 2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Carrot 1 , peeled julienned
  Red bell pepper 1 , julienned
  Red onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Watercress/Cilantro sprigs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), washed, trimmed and chilled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Place the steak in the basket and rotate for 15 minutes for rare or 20 minutes for medium.
Remove steak and slice thinly across the grain.
To make the dressing, combine the oil, sesame oil, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, cilantro, ginger, orange zest and garlic in a bowl and whisk to blend well.
Add the beef strips and let stand for about 15 minutes.
