Oriental Spinach And Chestnuts

Ingredients
  Spinach 10 Ounce, washed, torn into bite-size pieces
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In 2-quart microproof casserole place spinach, water chestnuts, and onions.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 3 to 4 minutes, or until spinach is limp.
Stir, set aside covered.
In 1-cup glass measure place oil.
vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar.
Cook on HI (max. power) 1 minute.
Pour over spinach, toss, and serve hot.
