Grilled Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced and zest grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fresh rosemary sprigs/1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste (Several Grinds)
  Lamb 2 Pound, cut into 2-inch cubes
Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl.
Add lamb and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Drain lamb and place on skewers.
Reserve marinade.
Grill over hot coals basting occasionally with marinade: 5 minutes on each side for medium rare; 7 minutes on each side for medium.
