|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Warm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (fresh)|
|Banana||8 Large (very ripe)|
In small bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water.
Add corn syrup and lime juice, stirring constantly.
Transfer to food processor, add bananas, and puree.
Remove to medium bowl.
In another medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into puree mixture.
Freeze until firm.
