Oriental Hamburger With Pea Pods

Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Diagonally sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned condensed golden mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Frozen peapods 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Crumble ground chuck into 1 1/2qt. glass casserole.
Add green onions.
Cover and microwave at high setting 4 minutes, or until meat loses its pink color, stirring after 2 minutes.
Pour off excess fat from meat.
Stir in golden mushroom soup, water chestnuts, pea pods, soy sauce, pepper and water.
Cover and microwave at high setting 2 minutes, or until hot.
