Oriental Hamburger With Pea Pods
|Ground chuck||1 Pound|
|Diagonally sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned condensed golden mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Frozen peapods||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Crumble ground chuck into 1 1/2qt. glass casserole.
Add green onions.
Cover and microwave at high setting 4 minutes, or until meat loses its pink color, stirring after 2 minutes.
Pour off excess fat from meat.
Stir in golden mushroom soup, water chestnuts, pea pods, soy sauce, pepper and water.
Cover and microwave at high setting 2 minutes, or until hot.
