Laotian Beef Steak Stir Fry

A simple to make Laotian beefr steak stir-fry recipe.
Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄4 Pound, chop (chopped into bite size)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the beef into small chunks or bite size pieces, set aside.
2.Chop the carrots and celery; mince the garlic, set aside.

MAKING
3. In a wok pour oil and sauté the garlic until golden brown on high heat.
4. Add beef and stir fry it, add carrots and celery, stir everything for 2 minutes.
5. Add the oyster sauce, vinegar and sugar; continue to stir fry until all the sauce is mixed well.

SERVING
6. Serve the loatian beef steak stir fry along with steamed rice.
