Laotian Steak And Spicy Hot Sauce

A simple to make Laotian steak & spicy sauce recipe.
Ingredients
  Round beef steak/T bone steaks 1⁄2 Pound (boneless)
  Msg powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Meat tenderizer 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
For the sauce
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Red chili 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Galangal 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Small
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Finely chop the red chili, galangal and parsley set aside.
2. Prepare the grill.

MAKING
3. In a large bowl marinate the steak with msg powder, oyster sauce, meat tenderizer and salt and pepper; coat the meat well with the marinade.
4. Using a fork prick the meat all around, this will allow the marinade to seep in the meat completely.
5. Place the meat on the preheated grill and grill the meat for 5 minutes on each side.
6. In the meantime in a small bowl combine the sugar, fish sauce, red chili, galangal, parsley and finally the lemon juice, mix everything well.
7. Once the steak is done remove and let it rest and then thinly slice the steak.

SERVING
8. Serve the laotian steak with spicy hot sauce on the side.
