What could be a better way of learning kimchi than from a Korean chef like Maangchi? Maangchi makes two varieties of kimchi, the original using long white-colored cabbage and another with radish. She makes both with the same seasonings, so its pretty simple and we get two dish in one video. These dishes make great side dishes for Korean dishes or just about anything.

Your recipe looks easy and very good...I have lived in Korea for 2 years and love Korean food..Once back in the States I could not find good Kimchi except at Korean stores. Now I will never buy Kimchi again..I will make it myself. Your video has helped me very much..Thank You
