Saute Of Chicken With Soy Sauce
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole chicken breast||1 , skinned, boned and cut in strips|
|Green onions||4 , cut in 1 inch sticks|
|Celery stalk||1 , cut in sticks|
|Red pepper||1 , roasted and cut in large pieces|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), heated|
|Cold water||2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked pasta shells||4 Cup (64 tbs) (4 portions, hot)|
|Grated romano cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook 3 minutes. Add green onions, celery and red pepper. Season again and continue cooking 4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and cook 2 minutes.
Incorporate chicken stock and simmer 2 minutes over low heat.
Dissolve cornstarch in cold water; stir into mixture and bring to boil for 1 minute.
Pour sauce over hot pasta, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
