6 Medium, devein
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
1. Chop the green onions and set aside.
2. Clean and devein the shrimps, set aside
3. In a pot pour water and bring it to a boil, add the noodles and the packet seasoning, cook it until done.
4. Crack an egg and stir and break the egg, add the shrimps, cook for 1 minute or until the shrimps are cooked.
5. Once done turn of the heat.
6. Serve the noodle soup and garnish it with green onions or sauce of your choice.
