|Cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Crab meat||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Green onions||2 , diced|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Mix all the ingredients well but for the egg white & oil.Use the mixture as a filling for wonton skin.Fill the skin with the mixture & brush edges with egg white & seal it.
Heat oil in a pan & deep fry in it,fry it till it turns golden brown.
Serve with red sauce & boiled rice.
