Gingered Fish Oriental

Ingredients
  Whole snapper/Other fresh fish 5 Pound (With Head, 2.5 Kilogram)
  Light soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Green onions 4
Directions

1. Place fish in a large shallow baking dish. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sherry, ginger root, red pepper and garlic. Pour over fish, cover tightly with foil, and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours, turning once.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
3. Bake fish in marinade (still covered) for 45 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with green onion brushes.
