Ginger Peach Sherbet

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Peach flavor gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Peach nectar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ginger ale 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In saucepan stir 2 cups water into sugar and gelatin.
Heat and stir till sugar and gelatin dissolve completely.
Cool to room temperature.
Add nectar, ginger ale, and lemon juice.
Freeze in a 5-quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
