|Pork tenderloin||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Tablespoon, pressed|
|Fresh gingerroot||1⁄2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
1) Cut the pork into round pieces, roughly 1 inch in diameter. Flatten and place on a skewer.
2) Mix the remaining ingredients together. Marinate the pork in the mixture for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
3) Broil the skewers for 4 minutes on each side.
