Pork Satay

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 3⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Garlic 1⁄2 Tablespoon, pressed
  Fresh gingerroot 1⁄2 Tablespoon, grated
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
Directions

1) Cut the pork into round pieces, roughly 1 inch in diameter. Flatten and place on a skewer.
2) Mix the remaining ingredients together. Marinate the pork in the mixture for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
3) Broil the skewers for 4 minutes on each side.
