|Frozen english peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Reduced-sodium soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry sherry||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken-flavored bouillon granules||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine peas and onions, cook according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons cooking liquid.
Add cooking liquid, water chestnuts, and remaining ingredients to peas; stir well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
