Vegetable Lo Mein is a fast to make healthy and delicious dish. The main content is noodles along with some green vegetables whihh makes it healthy. An excellent dish for breakfast.
  Noodles 312 Gram
  Carrot 2
  Onions 2
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snow peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Take the noodles and left it for boiling in a pan.
In the mean time when noodles is boiling, stir fry the vegetables.
Put some oil in pan and cook over high heat it. Then stir fry the vegetables in the following order - carrot, snow peas, onion, beans sprouts, green peas. Add these vegetable one by one in the pan and toss well before adding the next vegetable.
Leave it for about 2 min.
Take the noodles and drain them. Then add the noodles slowly with the stir fried vegetable and toss it.
Add some soya sauce and cook for some time.
