Chicken Satay

Ingredients
  Chicken fillets 500 Gram
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Tumeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Satay sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chilli sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine sugar, ginger, wine, oil and tumeric in large shallow dish. Cut chicken into slices, thread on to bamboo skewers, marinade in mixture for one hour.
2. Remove skewered chicken from marinade, place on rack in shallow dish. Cook on HIGH for eight minutes, turning and rotating after four minutes. Brush with marinade frequently.
3. Sauce. Cook onion and butter in small bowl on HIGH for two minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook on HIGH for one minute.
4. Pour sauce over chicken
