Oriental Pork Wrap Ups

  Chopped green onion with tops 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Sweet and sour sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves/Lettuce cups 8
  Parsley rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine green onion, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
Add ground pork; mix well.
Shape mixture into eight 3x1-inch 1 ogs.
Grill over medium coals for 4 to 5 minutes; turn and brush with Sweet-Sour Sauce.
Grill logs till done, 3 to 4 minutes more.
In center of each 1 eaf lettuce place about 1 tablespoon Parsley Rice.
Place a grilled log horizontally atop rice.
Fold two opposite edges of lettuce crosswise so they overlap atop 1 ogs.
Dip the bundle in Sweet-Sour Sauce for each bite
