|Spinach||2 Tablespoon, finley chopped|
|Chili powder||1 Pinch|
|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Pound the meat well in a basin and mix it thoroughly with grated onion, spinach, chilli powder and spices.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Then lightly grease skewers and form meat firmly around skewers in 3 1/2 in. long kebabs.
Cook over the barbecue until brown, turning occasionally.
