Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, cleaned and deveined
  Sirloin 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch chunks
  Cherry tomatoes 16
  Mushrooms 8
  Green bell peppers 2 , cut into chunks
Directions

Drain pineapple and reserve 1/4 cup syrup. Set chunks aside.
Combine onion soup, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, and pineapple syrup in a large bowl. Add shrimp and meat to bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, preferably longer.
Alternate meat, shrimp, pineapple chunks, and vegetables on kebab skewers. Grill over hot coals, basting with marinade, until meat reaches desired doneness.
