Surf And Turf Kebabs
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, cleaned and deveined|
|Sirloin||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch chunks|
|Green bell peppers||2 , cut into chunks|
Drain pineapple and reserve 1/4 cup syrup. Set chunks aside.
Combine onion soup, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, and pineapple syrup in a large bowl. Add shrimp and meat to bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, preferably longer.
Alternate meat, shrimp, pineapple chunks, and vegetables on kebab skewers. Grill over hot coals, basting with marinade, until meat reaches desired doneness.
