|Subja seeds||4 Tablespoon, soaked in 1/2 cup water|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thick cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rose syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||6|
Heat milk, adding sugar, and chill thoroughly.
Mix cream and divide into 6 portions.
In each individual glass pour in one-sixth of the rose syrup and top with one-sixth of the drained subja seeds.
Add one portion of milk and one portion of ice cream to each glass.
Top with crushed ice and serve immediately.
