Ingredients
  Milk 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Subja seeds 4 Tablespoon, soaked in 1/2 cup water
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thick cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rose syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 6
Directions

Heat milk, adding sugar, and chill thoroughly.
Mix cream and divide into 6 portions.
In each individual glass pour in one-sixth of the rose syrup and top with one-sixth of the drained subja seeds.
Add one portion of milk and one portion of ice cream to each glass.
Top with crushed ice and serve immediately.
