Broiled Oriental Shrimp
|Garlic cloves||1 Large, minced|
|Powdered ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Peanut oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Large shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, shelled and deveined|
In a small bowl mix together garlic, ginger, peanut oil, and soy sauce.
Place shrimp in an 8-inch shallow pan.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over shrimp and marinate 1 hour.
Place shrimp on broiling rack; broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until pink and slightly curled.
