Rice Ball Kebabs

Ingredients
  Leftover rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Wheat flour 3 Tablespoon
  Red chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Make a ginger-garlic paste.
2. Keep 1 tbsp flour aside.
3. Mix all the other ingredients.
4. Shape them into balls, kebab sized.
5. Roll them in the dry flour kept aside.
6. Steam and bake till golden brown.
