Egg Foo Yung
|Chopped cooked chicken/Turkey||3⁄4 Pound|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄2 Can (5 oz), drained|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Celery stalk||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
Slightly beat eggs.
Stir in cooked chicken or turkey, bean sprouts, green onion, celery, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover bottom of a 6" skillet with oil and heat.
Pour 1/4 of mixture into pan and cook over low heat until set.
Turn carefully and cook other side.
