Cut the meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Split the frankfurters carefully, spread with a little pate, and sandwich together again.
Quarter the tomatoes.
Put the food onto 4 long or 8 smaller metal skewers.
Brush with melted margarine or butter and heat under the broiler.
Heat the chicken broth and flavor with a generous amount of French or English mustard.
