Ingredients
  Yellow onion 1 Medium, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Spinach 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), chopped (cooked, squeezed to remove excess moisture)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Saute onion and garlic in butter; add spinach and saute until heated through.
Transfer to a serving bowl and cool to lukewarm.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
