|Yellow onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spinach||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), chopped (cooked, squeezed to remove excess moisture)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Saute onion and garlic in butter; add spinach and saute until heated through.
Transfer to a serving bowl and cool to lukewarm.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
