Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , diced
  Pineapple 1⁄2 Small, peeled, cored and diced
  Mango 1 , peeled, pitted and diced
  Dried red chilies 2 , crumbled
For dressing
  Dried chilies/Sambal ulek 2 Teaspoon
  Blachan 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dried Shrimp Paste)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the cucumber, pineapple and mango in a shallow bowl.
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender, then pour over the salad.
Toss gently, then scatter over the crumbled chillis.
Set aside at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
