Oriental Pork

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Pork loin chops/Blade steaks 6 , cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
Directions

Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, salt, and ginger.
Pour mixture over pork and marinate 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Drain pork chops.
Place on rack in broiler pan and broil 5 to 7 inches from heat.
Broil 10 to 15 minutes on one side; turn and broil
