Paella Kabobs

Ingredients
  Sausages 2 , each cut into 1 1/ 2-inch pieces (Spicy Or Mild)
  Chicken pieces 4 Small (Thigh pieces)
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into wedges
  Jumbo shrimp 8 , shelled, deveined, butterflied
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon (For Brushing)
Directions

Thread skewers with chicken crosswise.
Add garlic and alternate pieces of tomatoes, sausage, and shrimp.
Mix oil with oregano and pepper.
Brush kabobs with flavored oil.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on the grid over ashen coals.
Grill kabobs about 9 to 12 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes.
Cook until chicken is done.
