Hummus With Roasted Red Pepper
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Canned garbanzo beans||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Tahini||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)|
|Roasted red peppers||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Pinch (A Big Pinch)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs) (A Handful)|
*I like to top my hummus with a little extra virgin olive oil and fresh parsley. then I serve it up with some toasted pita bread or cut up veggies.
Place the garlic into food processor and pulse until minced.
Add the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, and oil. Pulse until smooth.
Toss in the roasted peppers and salt. Pulse until everything is incorporated.
