Tofu With Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tofu cakes 6 , cut into 2-inch chunks (Freeze First)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Scallion 1 , minced
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Homemade Or Canned)
Directions

Heat sesame oil very hot; add tofu and stir fry until lightly browned.
Add soy sauce and scallion and stir fry a few seconds more.
Add stock, cover, and steam 5 minutes.
