Tofu With Soy Sauce
|Sesame oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Tofu cakes||6 , cut into 2-inch chunks (Freeze First)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Scallion||1 , minced|
|Chicken stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Homemade Or Canned)|
Heat sesame oil very hot; add tofu and stir fry until lightly browned.
Add soy sauce and scallion and stir fry a few seconds more.
Add stock, cover, and steam 5 minutes.
