Ingredients
  Minced mutton 500 Gram
  Poppy seed paste 25 Gram
  Cashew paste 25 Gram
  Raw papaya paste 100 Gram (can be replaced by Meat tenderizers)
  Mixed spice powder 1 Teaspoon (Nutmeg)
  Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  Onion paste 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
  Black pepper powder 2 Teaspoon (depending on hotness you want)
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Maida 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Marinate mutton with the ingredients 2-14 for about 1hr.(marinating it overnight is better).
Add maida flour if the mixture is watery,such that if you take some part of the mixture it sticks together.
Heat oil in a flat pan(tawa).
Take small portions of the mixture,flatten it by hand and fry at low heat in the pan.
Serve it with onion rings and lemon.
