  Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sambal/Sriracha / other chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Baby bok choy 2 , split
  Peeled water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

1. To prepare the sauce, combine ginger, lemon juice, lime juice, sambal and soy sauce. Set aside.
