Ingredients
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Chopped ginger root 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender,- top with cover, and blend at high speed 30 seconds.
With blender running, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream.
Blend 15 seconds.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Stir well before serving.
