Fresh Lemon Sherbet

Ingredients
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Yellow food color 2 Drop
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into refrigerator tray or square pan, 8 X 8 X 2 inches.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
