Ingredients
  Chicken broth/Vegetable broth 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Bulgur wheat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  California seedless grape 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Minced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange 1 Medium, peeled and diced
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

1. Bring broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in bulgur and turn off the heat. Cover and set aside for 25 minutes. Fluff with a fork and let cool completely.
