Sizzling Beef Kabobs

Ingredients
  Canola oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
  Boneless beef sirloin steak 2 Pound, cut into 1-inch pieces
  Yellow summer squash 2 Medium, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Onion 1 Large, cut into 1-inch chunks
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut into 1-inch pieces
  Sweet red pepper 1 Large, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the oil, soy Sauce, vinegar and garlic powder; add beef.
Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Drain and discard marinade.
On eight metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread beef pieces and Vegetables.
Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat or broil 4-6 in.from the heat for 8-10 minutes or until the meat reaches desired doneness, turning occasionally.
