Ingredients
  Sirloin steak 1 Pound, cut in narrow strips (1 Inch Thick)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Canned bamboo shoots 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained, sliced (1 Can)
  Canned broiled sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned sliced peaches 1 Pound, drained (1 Can, 2 Cups)
  Ginger rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown meat, half at a time, in 2 tablespoons hot fat.
Add next 7 ingredients.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, 1 tablespoon cold water, and soy sauce; add to meat.
Cook and stir till thick.
Add peaches; cover; heat through.
