|Sirloin steak||1 Pound, cut in narrow strips (1 Inch Thick)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Canned bamboo shoots||5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned water chestnuts||5 Ounce, drained, sliced (1 Can)|
|Canned broiled sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Condensed beef broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned sliced peaches||1 Pound, drained (1 Can, 2 Cups)|
|Ginger rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown meat, half at a time, in 2 tablespoons hot fat.
Add next 7 ingredients.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, 1 tablespoon cold water, and soy sauce; add to meat.
Cook and stir till thick.
Add peaches; cover; heat through.
