Fruit Kebabs With Vanilla Mint Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Thinly sliced fresh mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple 1 , peeled, cored, and cubed
  Kiwi fruits 3 , peeled and sliced
  Strawberries 2 Pint, hulled
  Honey dew melon 1 , cubed
Directions

In a bowl whisk together the yogurt, the sugar, the vanilla, and the mint.
The sauce may be made 1 day in advance and kept covered and chilled.
Thread the fruits, alternating the pineapple, the kiwis, the strawberries, and the honeydew, onto the skewers.
